The main grievance that I have with the home will be the sliding glass doorways. Most, if not all, of these really need being replaced. The doorway which is used the most (from the residing/kitchen area into the rear deck) is extremely tough to open.

The property is as advertised - nothing fancy into the house but great location around the beach. No, the house will not be full of the latest and best furnishings, but had plenty of area for our family of four, was clean, and experienced everything we needed. I actually appreciated that there wasn't plenty of decorations/other "stuff" that our two small kids could potentially break or destroy.
